About us
519 Kustomz

I’ve always been drawn to how things work—and how they can be made better. What started with custom builds and fabrication grew into a deeper focus on engineering and design.

519Kustomz is the result of that evolution. Today, we focus on reimagining classic vehicles with modern electric powertrains, combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology. Every build is an opportunity to rethink what a car can be.

519 Kustomz is a one-man shop built on a lifelong passion for custom vehicles.
From an early age, Dan set out to build and run his own custom car shop. After earning his Class ‘A’ mechanic license in 2001, he turned that vision into reality—starting with some of the most unique mini trucks and custom builds in Southern Ontario.

Driven by a constant desire to learn and evolve, the shop’s capabilities have expanded over time to include full CAD design, prototyping, machining, and fabrication. As the automotive industry began shifting toward electric powertrains, Dan recognized the inevitable change and adapted the hot rod mindset—helping pioneer a new wave of high-performance, fully re-engineered electric builds.

Built with quality over quantity.

Experts who turn ideas into reality.

Focused on craft, care, and impact.
